No. The decision always rests with the competent authority and no consultancy can guarantee an outcome. We work to make sure your paperwork is correct and complete.
Do you submit the application on my behalf?
No. We are a private consultancy: we prepare and audit your file and give technical support. The application is submitted by the applicant, or by a qualified professional where the law requires it; we do not provide direct representation reserved for registered professionals.
