• Nexo Expat España is a private, independent document-advisory and relocation consultancy. It is not a public authority or a law firm.
• We do not provide the legal representation reserved to bar-registered professionals, nor court representation.
• Services include eligibility analysis, document audit and technical preparation of the file. The formal submission to the authorities is made by the client with their own digital certificate, or in person with an appointment (cita previa) and our accompaniment.
• Court actions are referred to independent lawyers, engaged separately.
• The final decision on each file rests exclusively with the competent authorities. We do not guarantee approvals or resolution times.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, trademarks, logos, structure and design of the website belong to the owner or to third-party licensors and are protected by Spanish and international law. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written permission is prohibited.
